The minimum down payment is 50% down payment. It will be 60% to 70% down payment if you want a purchase money mortgage instead of an installment contract. We may go down on a down payment amount on a case by case basis.

You select the building lot you like from our site. Send us an email or call us and we can start the pre-approval process. You will need to be pre-approved by a licensed mortgage loan originator. The loan originator will check your credit report and will take your loan application.
