You select the building lot you like from our site. Send us an email or call us and we can start the pre-approval process. You will need to be pre-approved by a licensed mortgage loan originator. The loan originator will check your credit report and will take your loan application.

We buy land in NY only but plan to expand to other States. Check back frequently to find out whether we have added your State.
